Event Description:

Join us in downtown Oxford on August 28, 2010 for the 4th annual Run with the Lions 5K Run/Walk, presented by State Farm Agent Paul Shelton. Continuing with this year’s race will be a certified 5K with cash prizes for top finishers, a 1 mile fun run/walk and a trike sprint for our Little Lions age 4 and under. Run with the Lions benefits Sight First, a national organization that funds research for preventable blindness. We hope that you’ll join us in supporting this worthy cause and have some fun too!

The race features a 5K run/walk, 1 mile fun run/walk, plus a trike sprint. The 5K will be chip timed.

Following the race will be post-race activities and refreshments.
